This tastefully appointed beach studio is situated on the beach level of an elegant beach villa and it consists of:
-Full bed
-Full kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, one hotplate, toaster, coffee pot, toaster oven.
-Satellite TV, VCR, CD player.
-Full bathroom with shower.
-Air conditioning available. Ceiling fan.
-Covered deck with table, chairs and hammock.
-Beach towels, beach chairs.

- Minimum stay 3 nights and one week in high/peak season.
- A/C US$ 12/night per unit additional charge, one unit available.
- Rates do not include Honduran Sales tax, presently 16%.

- Maid Service: Once at mid-week included in the rates.
- Security Deposit US$ 100 at check-in, returned at check-out less any lost keys or damages, etc
- Laundry Service: for personal items is offered at an extra charge.
- Airport Shuttle Service is $20.00 for 1-4 persons, 5th and more is $5 each
