High Season - Dec, Jan, Feb, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, July, Aug	US$ 235 4 people	US$ 1645 4 people	Add $20.00 each for 5th,6th,7th, and 8th person

- Rate for Holiday weeks - Christmas, New Year's, Easter is $1845
- Minimum stay is three nights and one week in high/peak season
- A/C US$ 12/night per unit additional charge, five units available.
- Rates do not include Honduran Sales tax, presently 16%.
- Enquire about monthly rates
- Maid Service: Once at mid-week included in the rates.
- Security Deposit US$ 300 at check-in, returned at check-out less any lost keys or damages, etc
- Laundry Service: for personal items is offered at an extra charge.
- Airport Shuttle Service is $20.00 for 1-4 persons, 5th and more is $5 each
