The two apartments are interconnecting but totally independent. The chapel is a separate unit.

I Vanzetti” is a classical country villa built in the mid 18th Century now converted into two separate, fully equipped apartments that could be used as a single house or two separate rental units. There is a deconsecrated chapel dating from the same period, which has also been converted into a separate unit.

All share a large swimming-pool size 5m x 10m ( 17’ x 33’) set into a spacious garden overlooking the surrounding valley.

I Vanzetti - First floor apartment
Elegant and very comfortable apartment with luxury appointments. Original timber ceiling beams, terracotta floors and a large fire-place in the spacious sitting room.

It offers three bedrooms, one loft bedroom (sleeping a total of 8 people), two bathrooms - Sitting room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room and laundry.

The house comes with full bed and table linens and every appliance you would want in a kitchen.

The first and ground floor apartments share a wood burning bread and pizza oven by the outdoor entrance.

I Vanzetti – Ground floor apartment
Quaint apartment with doors opening onto the garden and to the pool.

It has its own, cosy fire-place in the spacious sitting room, three bedrooms, two bath rooms, a live-in kitchen and dining fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

I Vanzetti – Chapel
This is a delightful self-contained unit sleeping two with its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen which also includes its own washing-machine.

The Chapel shares the swimming-pool with the main building. The pool is equipped with pool furniture for outdoor living.
