Spacious living room with TV and DVD player, full size futon available. Guest room with queen bed and guest bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer (a small charge applies for the use), covered deck, open deck, BBQ.

The upper level loft has a spacious master bedroom with king bed, a separate area with two twin beds, a second bathroom, a covered deck with hammock and a gorgeous sundeck. Garage and a storage area are at the ground level. The house has a purified water system.

The panoramic pool is set in the mature tropical garden, at the back of the villa.
