Rental Conditions

General conditions for rental properties in Italy:

Prices shown are in Euro.

Prices include: Local Tax, utilities (except use of central heating, which is always excluded, unless otherwise specified), use of swimming pool in season, two hours maid service by mid week. For guests staying more than 7 nights, change of linen and towels is offered after 7 nights stay.

If more towels are required an extra Euro 5.00 per person or set of towels will be charged.If change of linen is required more frequently the charge is Euro 10 per bed.

Security deposits ( 40% of total rental price for a maximum of € 1,000) are paid on arrival and refunded on departure less any damage caused by guests to items or property.

Minimum Stay is one week Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise specified. Periods longer than one month can be negotiated.

Payment terms: 50% on booking confirmation to hold space and balance to be received 45 days prior to arrival. Payments to be effected by bank checks, cash, travellers checks, or wire transfer. Payment accepted by credit card thru www.paypal.com (4% transaction fee applies). Please contact us for details

All cancellations to be in writing. Booking confirmation payments are refundable for a maximum of 40% of that confirmation payment if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival, less bank charges. Cancellations received after such period are not refundable; however, the reservation may be re-scheduled within six months, subject to availability.
