The services we offer include:
- Regular inspection of the property.

- Obtaining bids for repair works or for special projects.
- Procurement of workmanship and or materials for necessary works.
- Supervision of special projects or maintenance works
- Hire, train, supervise and manage necessary personnel (maid, gardener, watchmen etc), pay their salaries.
- Payment of utility bills.
- Payment of HOA and any other property tax.
- Payment of property insurance policy.
- Any other service pertaining to the property, as required by the property owner.
- Maintain accounts, financial records and reports to be regularly submitted to property owner.


Rental Management
Our rental management services include:
- Promotion of rental activity and advertising the property.
- Correspondence with potential clients.
- Manage bookings and reservations.
- Administer, receive and collect rental payments, security deposits.
- Prepare rental agreements with renters ( special agreements for long term renters and rental forms for short term renters).
- Screening rental applicants.
- Welcome guests, check in and check out procedures,
- Arrange for extra services for clients (transportation, tours, baby sitting, maid service etc.)
- Revise property condition prior to guests check out or prior to returning security deposit.
- Maintain and administer accounting with regular submission to property owner of rental income and expense.
- Maintain and administer rental log and statistics.
- Pay for property owner any tax or dues for rental activity.
- Advise property owner of any potential improvement of the activity.
